New CSO and Other Appointments

Council are pleased to advise all members that at their meeting on 15th January 2011 they were able to make a number of new appointments to strengthen the MVS HQ management team and to move the Service forwards:  Don Downer as Chief Staff Officer; Glenn Bramble-Stewart as National Communications Manager; Laurie Corbin as MVS Vice President; Richard Upton as Deputy Chair of Council; Penny Bingham as internal trustee for Cinque Ports Region to replace Richard Mercer (who remains as RVO Cinque Ports); David Hughes as internal trustee.

Council also bade farewell to Laurie Corbin (standing down as RVO South West); David Hughes (standing down as National Communications Manager); and Richard Upton (standing down as as RVO Thames). Council would like to thank them for all the hard work they have done and for the contribution they have made to taking MVS forwards.
