MVS Post Holder Training on the Thames
13 October 2019
Despite Extinction Rebellion protests in London and rail disruptions, MVS members from as far afield as Dundee and Poole made it through to a National Post Holder Training Day in London.
The group met onboard HQS Wellington on the Thames to look at diverse topics covering financial, and membership matters along with general MVS policy and the issues concerning going afloat.
Chief Volunteer Officer Nick Spencer was supported by Director of Finance Les Miller and Director of Training Liz Glare.
The re-introduction of Post Holder Training for RVO’s will be extended to all HoU’s in due course.
