The MVS AGM 2020 will take place on Saturday 14th November 2020.
This meeting will be held via ZOOM.

While this is a virtual meeting uniform will still be worn and a current MVS Identity Card must be available to be produced upon request.
While tea, coffee and soft drinks may be consumed, no alcoholic beverage should be consumed during the meeting.

The AGM has a number of purposes.
These include enabling the trustees to report on progress made since the November 2019 AGM and to advise members on future developments.

It is also to enable the MVS to seek approval from members for the 2019-20 Annual Report and Accounts before these are formally filed with the Charity Commissions and at Companies House and to approve the Independent Examiner.

While not required by Charity law or our articles it has been the practice of the MVS to re-elect our Trustees after three years’ service.
In light of the current situation, on this occasion the two trustees at the end of their three year tenure will continue in office.
