MVS Bristol supports community event

On Friday the 30th January, MVS Bristol supported the local community at the Holy Trinity Church, Hotwells.  A Barn Dance Charity Event was being held for the Trinity Lunch Club and we ensured that everyone felt safe by providing marshals the doors and helping out where we could.

The event raised £2,000. Head of Unit Elana Howard said: “We were honoured to have a part in keeping their doors open for those who need it most in our local community.

Chair of Council Susan Hawker commented: “This was a brilliant effort and shows how effective our heavy weather jackets are in projecting a professional image in public.”
