Joint training for MVS and RNLI in Eastbourne

MVS East Sussex 1 based in Eastbourne has taken part in another training exercise with the local RNLI.

ES1 played the part of a vessel that had suffered engine failure which allowed the lifeboat crew to practice coming alongside and passing a tow.

For the MVS crew it was a good opportunity to see the RNLI at work and to use their recent qualifications as VHF operators.
