A company in the north east has donated two anodes to be used in the renovation of MVS Curlew.

The Nelson 34 patrol launch is currently residing at Fiddlers Ferry Boat Yard near Warrington where a fully costed scheme of work has been drawn up.

The donation came after a contact was made by Chris Todd at the SeaWork Exhibition in Southampton.
Chris travelled to South Shields to meet Adam Jackson, Metec’s Sales Engineer who handed over the anodes.

“We were very happy to help assist with this scheme” said Adam “Metec wishes the MVS well with the scheme to refloat Curlew”.
