London Training with RNLI

MVS Putney has been training with Chiswick RNLI.

The unit was called in to help the lifesaving charity to practice towing procedures on a stretch of the River Thames near Fulham Railway Bridge.

Hou, Duncan Thomsen, Phil Morgan and new recruit, Michelle Akintoye attended for the MVS.

The unit learned how to hitch to the correct points on stricken craft and took the opportunity to practice knots and radio communication.
