Four members of MVS Putney attended Remembrance Day at the Merchant Navy War Memorial at Tower Hill in London.

George Mellett, Chris Dawson, Frank Wells, and Phil Morgan-Anstee laid a wreath on behalf of the MVS in the Sunken Garden.

The Tower Hill Memorial commemorates men and women of the Merchant Navy and Fishing Fleets who died in both World Wars and who have no known grave.

The memorial stands at the front of seafaring charity Trinity House.

Both George and Chris served in the RN and MN and were warmly welcomed by all at Trinity House.
