Farewell from the Director of Communications

After more than a decade in post as the head of the MVS Comms team and becoming one of the longest serving trustees of the charity it’s time for me to step back from the role.

I tried to semi-retire from my job at the BBC four years ago but have since found myself reading the news at BBC Radio 5 Live and the local radio network from MediaCity in Salford.

As such, it’s time for me to scale back on my other commitments and deal with a couple of ongoing health issues.

I’m still in post till December 31st if you need me over the holiday period, but I rather hope you won’t.

Can I thank all those who have been so supportive over the years.
