Rushden takes the lead for Armed Forces Day
A number of units across the service are getting involved in Armed Forces Day which is being held on Saturday June 28th, but MVS Rushden are going one step forward and coordinating the whole event in the Northamptonshire town.
Armed Forces Day is an opportunity to raise public awareness of the contribution made to our country by those who serve in the armed forces and gives the nation an opportunity to show support for the men and women who make up the armed forces community.
In Rushden the event will be taking place a week early on June 21st and will consist of events being held throughout the town.
